Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Objectives: To ensure alignment between business needs and developed solutions. To optimize the user experience of the platforms. Accelerate the delivery of high-value business features. Contribute to product growth and innovation. Main Responsibilities: Product Management: Define and maintain the product vision. Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements. Write user stories and acceptance criteria. Build and manage the Product Backlog. Participate in the product roadmap and release planning. Agile Coordination: Work closely with developers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders. Arbitrate functional and technical priorities. Monitor development progress. Quality and Performance Monitoring: Validate delivered features. Perform functional tests. Identify areas for product improvement. Track product KPIs and user experience. Business and User Relations: Understand user issues. Translate business needs into concrete solutions. Support the change and adoption of new functionalities. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, Digital Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Good understanding of software development cycles. Ability to write functional specifications. Proficiency in product management tools: Clickup, Azure DevOps, or equivalent. UX/UI knowledge is a plus. Soft Skills : Excellent communication skills. Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
