Program Manager Digital & Custom Platform Delivery

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a critical transformation stream focused on custom-built, agile-driven digital platform development.This role requires a strong delivery leader with proven expertise in managing large-scale cloud and digital transformation programs, specifically in pure-play Agile environments with custom platform development. The individual will own a key program stream, driving execution, governance, and stakeholder alignment across complex initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Program / Stream Leadership Lead one or more transformation streams within a large enterprise program. Drive end-to-end delivery from planning through execution and stabilization. Custom Platform Delivery Oversee design, development, and deployment of custom-built applications and platforms. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. Collaborate closely with architecture, engineering, and product teams. Agile Program Management Drive Agile / SAFe delivery methodologies across distributed teams. Ensure effective sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release planning, and continuous delivery. Digital & Cloud Transformation Lead large-scale cloud-native and digital transformation initiatives. Ensure adoption of modern engineering practices (DevOps, CI/CD, microservices architecture). Stakeholder Management Engage with senior stakeholders, including client leadership and program sponsors. Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and enable informed decision-making. Governance & Reporting Establish and manage governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting cadence. Track progress, risks, dependencies, and ensure timely escalations. Risk & Financial Management Manage program risks, issues, and dependencies proactively. Track budgets, forecasts, and ensure adherence to financial targets. Proven track record of delivering large-scale digital and cloud transformation programs. Mandatory experience in managing custom platform development / custom-built Agile projects. Strong experience working in pure Agile delivery environments (no ERP dependency). Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-vendor and cross-functional teams.
