Project Construction Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of construction projects in Ras Al Khaimah, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Plan, coordinate, and supervise site activities including scheduling of subcontractors, labor, and material delivery. Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for senior management and clients. Ensure compliance with UAE construction codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and government authorities to resolve site issues. Manage project budgets, control costs, and review contractor invoices. Conduct regular site visits and inspections across project locations, requiring independent travel using a valid UAE driving license. Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and support staff. Resolve on-site conflicts and troubleshoot construction challenges promptly. Taking care of maitenance team. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the UAE. Must hold a valid UAE driving license and be willing to travel between project sites. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and UAE building regulations. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management and scheduling tools. Ability to work full-time on-site in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
