Project Coordinator

Assist project managers or Operational Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities. Coordinate between design teams, site engineers, subcontractors, suppliers Joinery production, procurement, Estimation to ensure smooth project execution. Review and coordinate project drawings using AutoCAD and Revit. Maintain and update project documentation, drawings, reports, and records. Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones. Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, and project updates. Ensure all drawings, approvals, and project documents are properly maintained and shared with relevant teams. Monitor project progress and highlight delays or issues to the project manager/Operation Manager. Support communication between internal teams, clients, and site teams to ensure project objectives are met.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Interior designer or a related field. 2–6 years of experience in project coordination within interior fit-out or construction projects. Working knowledge of AutoCAD (mandatory). Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory). Good understanding of construction drawings and project documentation. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong organizational, multitasking skills. Very good spoken and written communication skills Employment Type Full-time
