Job Description Roles & Responsibilities � We're Hiring: Project Specialist – Transformers | UAE Are you an organized and detail-oriented project professional with experience in electrical or transformer projects? Join our team and play a key role in managing project documentation, stakeholder coordination, and project execution for transformer-related projects. � Location: UAE � Industry: Electrical Power / Transformers ⏳ Experience: 2–5 Years Key Responsibilities ✅ Manage and control all project-related documentation, including technical submittals, drawings, datasheets, inspection reports, and approvals. ✅ Coordinate with clients, consultants, factories, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely submission, approval, and execution of project deliverables. ✅ Maintain document control systems, revision tracking, transmittals, project archives, and compliance records. ✅ Support project execution by monitoring progress, maintaining project trackers, preparing MOMs, and providing status updates. ✅ Manage SAP and SAP Ariba activities, including purchase orders, GRN tracking, invoicing support, and coordination with procurement and finance teams. ✅ Handle project administration requirements, including gate passes, CICPA access, mission visas, and site access coordination. ✅ Maintain order handover sheets, warranty files, invoicing records, customer surveys, and project close-out documentation. Requirements ✔ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. ✔ 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or project management within electrical, transformer, power, or industrial projects. ✔ Strong knowledge of document control and project documentation processes. ✔ Experience working with SAP, SAP Ariba, ERP systems, and project management tools. ✔ Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities. ✔ Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. ✔ PMP Certification is an added advantage.
