Project Manager - Tankage and Terminal Infrastructure

Project Execution & Site Leadership Lead on-site execution activities in accordance with approved scope, schedule, and technical requirements. Maintain continuous control of site activities, sequencing, and interfaces. Act as on-site representative with counterpart technical teams, contractors, and authorities. Directly manage site execution activities, including contractor coordination, work sequencing, and resolution of on-site technical and construction issues. Delivery Control Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies across workstreams. Drive issue resolution and enforce accountability on site. Ensure adherence to project governance, reporting, and control frameworks. Technical & Constructability Interface with senior technical advisors on tankage, utilities, offsites, and terminal systems. Translate engineering intent into executable site actions. Validate constructability, sequencing, and brownfield constraints. Stakeholder Engagement Interface professionally with institutional, operational, and regulatory stakeholders. Coordinate daily with local project and operations teams. Manage sensitive operating environments with discretion and judgement. Reporting Provide concise, factual reporting to leadership. Maintain site records, risk registers, and decision logs. Escalate material issues in a timely and structured manner.

Desired Candidate Profile

Language Requirements Fluent English (spoken and written) and basic french/arabic will be an advantage. Role Requirement Bachelor/Master's degree in Civil engineering or related streams 12 - 15 Years of experience in managing Tankage and Terminal activities Professional Attributes Strong execution focus and site leadership capability. Decisive, disciplined, and delivery oriented. Comfortable operating in complex, high-accountability environments. Able to represent the organization with authority and professionalism on site.
