Project Manager (Arabic)

Project Governance & PMO Responsibilities Oversee end‑to‑end project delivery across multiple application development initiatives. Define project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Track progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards. Conduct weekly/monthly project reviews and prepare status reports for internal and client stakeholders. Coordinate cross‑functional teams (developers, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, product owners). Ensure compliance with organizational PMO frameworks, processes, and documentation standards. Business Analysis & Requirement Management Engage with clients to understand business needs, workflows, and pain points. Convert business requirements into clear, structured functional and technical specifications. Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. Facilitate requirement workshops, gap analysis, and solution discussions. Technical Understanding (Front‑End & Back‑End) Understand application architecture, APIs, databases, integrations, and UI/UX flows. Collaborate with development teams to ensure feasibility and clarity of requirements. Review technical designs and provide business‑aligned feedback. Support developers and testers by clarifying requirements and expected outcomes. Ensure technical deliverables meet business expectations and functional needs. Client Management (SPOC Role) Serve as the primary point of contact for all project‑related communication. Manage client expectations, address concerns, and ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular client meetings, demos, and requirement validation sessions. Build strong relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction. Quality Assurance & Delivery Excellence Ensure deliverables meet functional, technical, and performance standards. Support UAT planning, execution, and defect triage. Drive continuous improvement across processes, documentation, and communication.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proficiency in spoken Arabic is required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 4–8 years of experience in PMO, Business Analysis, or Project Coordination roles. Strong understanding of front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) and back‑end technologies (APIs, databases, server‑side logic). Experience working in application development or digital transformation projects. Excellent documentation skills (BRD, FRD, user stories, workflows). Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Figma, Postman, or similar. Employment Type Full-time
