Project Manager

Plan, manage, and oversee all phases of construction projects. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Prepare project schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Control project costs and manage variations and claims. Ensure timely procurement of materials and resources. Identify project risks and implement corrective actions when needed. Communicate regularly with management regarding project status and issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction projects. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Good knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and local regulations.
