The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, stakeholder expectations, and delivery governance while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests. Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership. Track project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders. Ensure project governance, quality standards, and compliance with organizational processes. Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and steering committee updates where applicable. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Drive continuous process improvements and ensure successful project delivery. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams. Good to Have Skills PM certifications: PMP OR PRINCE2 OR PMI-ACP OR Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) OR SAFe Agilist . Experience with Confluence OR SharePoint OR Microsoft Teams OR Slack . Knowledge of SDLC OR DevOps OR CI/CD practices. Experience with project financial forecasting and reporting. Exposure to cloud-based projects ( AWS OR Azure OR Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ). Familiarity with IT governance and compliance frameworks. Experience working in Agile transformation or digital transformation initiatives. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 6 11 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or technology-driven environments. Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Ability to lead distributed and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
