Project Manager – Digital Workplace

Job Summary

Responsible for delivering digital workplace initiatives that enhance employee productivity, collaboration, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Digital Workplace projects involving collaboration, productivity, endpoint, and employee experience technologies
• Coordinate with IT infrastructure, security, applications, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Drive adoption, change management, testing, rollout, and transition to operations
• Prepare project dashboards and regular management updates
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, endpoint management, collaboration platforms, or similar technologies is preferred

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. PMP or Agile certification (e.g., CSM, PRINCEdemonstrating a strong foundation in project management methodologies. 5+ years of progressive experience in project management, with a significant focus on digital transformation or workplace technology. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex digital workplace projects in a corporate environment. Employment Type Full-time
