Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Project Manager – Joinery & Interior Fit-Out (Woodwork) Company: Arab Wood Industry LLC Location: Kizad, Abu Dhabi, UAE Job Summary: Arab Wood Industry LLC is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing joinery installation projects from planning through final handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise a minimum of 2 projects simultaneously. Plan, coordinate, and monitor all site installation activities. Lead site engineers, installation teams and subcontractors. Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments. Monitor project schedules, budgets, costs, and resource utilization. Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and contractual requirements. Track and achieve project KPIs. Control project costs and maximize profitability. Prepare regular progress reports and resolve project challenges proactively. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Project Manager in the woodworking, joinery, or interior fit-out industry. Strong experience managing installation of: Kitchen Cabinets Wardrobes Wooden Doors Vanity Units Other custom joinery works Proven experience in budget management and cost control. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines. Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory). Maximum age: 40 years. Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
