Project Manager

Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Project Manager to lead and execute strategic and confidential projects directly under the CEO. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage high-priority initiatives with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end execution of the CEO s private and strategic projects Coordinate across internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for the CEO Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion Ensure alignment of projects with the CEO s vision and organizational goals Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across projects Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
