Project Manager ( Road & Bridges)

Project Manager ( Road & Infra )-Any National Qualification -Engineering Graduate in Civil Experience - Minimum 18 Years experience and last 5 years must be on large volume Road & Bridge projects.Oman experience will added advantage FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Handle Project independently Implement the project in accordance with the project schedule, project specifications, and project management plan. Liaise with Client representatives / Consultants for work approvals. Liaise with Subcontractors and Local Authorities. Construction scheduling, monitoring, and requisition for resources, materials, manpower and plant & equipment. Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and allocation of resources, and the works of any subcontractors; Quality Assurance and Quality Control. Ensure implementation of work schedules. Monitor HSE program on site; Liaise with project Consultants and their representatives and attend regular project review meetings. Review of subcontractor applications for payment.
