Job Description Roles & Responsibilities About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager based in Hyderabad to lead and deliver complex technical and non-technical projects. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in project and risk management with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, driving projects through Agile methodologies from initiation to successful delivery. Responsibilities: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives Manage stakeholder communications, expectations, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, making adjustments as needed Ensure compliance with organizational processes, quality standards, and governance guidelines Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project team members Required Qualifications: 7–20 years of proven experience in technical project management roles Demonstrated expertise in risk management, including risk identification, analysis, and mitigation Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field Preferred Qualifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or other Agile certification Experience managing software development, infrastructure, or digital transformation projects Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools Master’s degree or MBA Company Industry Other Department / Functional Area Other Keywords Project Manager Get real-time job updates only on our App
