Job Overview
Manage all project costs from inception to completion, ensuring financial viability and profitability. Prepare, submit, and negotiate accurate and competitive tender and contract documents. Monitor and control project expenditure against budget, identifying and reporting on variances. Administer construction contracts, including managing variations, claims, and payments.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional accreditation such as MRICS or equivalent is highly advantageous. Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry. Proven track record in managing complex projects across various sectors.
