Project Safety Manager
Job Overview
Lead and manage all project HSE operations, policies, and compliance protocols. Oversee site safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident prevention strategies. Conduct and direct comprehensive incident investigations and root cause analyses. Ensure full alignment with international safety standards and client HSE requirements.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety - OH&S).
Experience
Minimum 10+ years of experience specifically in Offshore Fabrication (must include hands-on experience with Jackets and Topsides/PDMs). Certifications: NEBOSH Diploma or NEBOSH IGC Professional Membership (TechIOSH or MIIRSM preferred) Certified / Formal training in Incident Investigation methodologies Employment Type Full-time
