Job Description Roles & Responsibilities REFRACTORY (ABF PROJECT) WE ARE RECRUITING AN EXPERIENCED SITE MANAGER FOR A MAJOR ANODE BAKING FURNACE (ABF) REFRACTORY PROJECT IN QATAR. Experience Requirements: Min 8 years of experience in refractory projects Min 5 years of experience in ABF refractory projects/ABF Height Increase Projects Key Responsibilities • Manage and supervise all refractory installation activities • Coordinate manpower, materials, subcontractors, and client inspections • Monitor project progress and prepare daily reports • Resolve site-related issues and ensure smooth execution • Lead site teams and maintain effective client communication Required Skills: • Strong technical knowledge of ABF refractory installation • Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills • Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities • Proficient in Microsoft Office Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or a related Engineering discipline Desired Candidate Profile Anode Baking Furnace Experience, ABF Experience.
