Proposal Manager

We are seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to join our Business Development & Proposal Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full proposal lifecycle, ensuring the preparation and submission of high-quality technical and financial proposals within deadlines.Key Responsibilities:Lead the proposal process from RFP/RFQ review to final submission.Coordinate with technical, finance, contracts, and business development teams.Develop proposal strategies, compliance matrices, submission plans, and timelines.Supervise the preparation of technical and financial proposals.Review methodologies, project references, CVs, and company credentials.Ensure proposals are accurate, compliant, competitive, and professionally presented.Manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously.
