QA Lead (Enterprise Quality Assurance)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to drive end-to-end Quality Assurance across enterprise digital transformation initiatives involving Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, .NET applications, APIs, and integrated enterprise systems. The QA Lead will own QA strategy, governance, KPI management, stakeholder communication, release quality, and overall delivery assurance across multiple concurrent projects in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the Master QA Strategy across all projects. Prepare QA Plans, Test Strategy, RTM, and Release Test Plans. Lead Functional, API, Integration, and Automation QA teams. Drive sprint planning, effort estimation, and release planning. Ensure complete requirement traceability. Monitor QA KPIs including Test Execution, Defect Leakage, Traceability, QA Cycle Compliance, and Defect Detection Effectiveness. Review test cases, execution reports, defect metrics, and automation coverage. Present weekly governance reports and monthly executive QA dashboards. Coordinate with Business Users, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Development Teams, and third-party service providers. Manage UAT support, production readiness, and QA Sign-off. Ensure adherence to Agile delivery methodology and Azure DevOps processes.
