QAQC Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for a QA/QC Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of UAE experience in a landscape construction company to ensure all landscape, irrigation, swimming pool, and water feature works comply with project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements. Key Responsibilities Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures throughout project execution. Conduct inspections for landscape, hardscape, softscape, irrigation, swimming pool, and water feature works. Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), Method Statements, and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs). Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients and ensure timely approvals. Review construction drawings, technical specifications, and material submittals. Identify non-conformities (NCRs), recommend corrective actions, and monitor close-out. Maintain QA/QC documentation, quality records, and inspection reports. Ensure all materials and workmanship comply with approved specifications and project standards. Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues. Participate in internal quality audits and support project handover documentation. Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards, project quality plans, and HSE requirements. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in a landscape construction company. Hands-on experience in landscape, hardscape, softscape, irrigation, swimming pool, and water feature projects. Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, Method Statements, MIRs, IRs, WIRs, and NCR management. Familiarity with UAE construction standards, consultant approval processes, and project documentation. Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and QA/QC documentation. Excellent knowledge of construction materials, quality inspection procedures, and testing requirements. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with project teams, consultants, and clients. UAE Driving License is preferred. Immediate joiners or candidates currently available in the UAE will be an advantage.
