Quality Inspector - Pipeline

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Title: Quality Inspector – Pipeline Construction (CSWIP Certified) | Immediate Mobilization Location: Middle East (Project Site) Employment Type: Contract Mobilization: Immediate Job Description We are looking for an experienced Quality Inspector with a strong background in pipeline construction projects for immediate deployment to a Middle East project. The ideal candidate should have experience in inspection and quality control activities for onshore pipeline construction, ensuring compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements. Desired Candidate Profile Key Responsibilities Perform quality inspections during pipeline construction activities. Inspect fit-up, welding, coating, and pipeline installation works. Ensure compliance with approved Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), project specifications, and applicable codes. Review inspection reports, quality records, and documentation. Conduct visual inspections and witness NDT activities as required. Coordinate with QA/QC Engineers, Construction Teams, and Client Inspectors. Raise and monitor NCRs, observations, and corrective actions. Verify material traceability and inspection status. Ensure work is executed in accordance with project quality procedures and HSE requirements. Support project quality audits and client inspections. Requirements Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline. CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector certification (mandatory). Minimum 10+ years of QA/QC inspection experience in pipeline construction projects. Experience in oil & gas EPC projects is preferred. Knowledge of API, ASME, AWS, and relevant international standards. Familiarity with welding inspection, coating inspection, hydrotesting, and NDT activities. Good communication and reporting skills.
