Key Responsibilities
- As a Quantity Surveyor at Brunel International, you will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects of oil and gas projects from inception through completion
- Your duties will include cost estimation, contract administration, risk assessment, and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget and on schedule
- You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide accurate cost control and contribute to successful project delivery in the energy sector
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong knowledge of cost management, contract law, and procurement processes related to oil and gas projects. Ability to prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports. Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the oil and gas industry. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency with industry-standard software tools for cost control and project management. Professional certification (e.g., RICS, CIOB) preferred. Ability to work effectively in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams. Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
