Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage interim payment applications (IPCs), valuation and certification Assess and negotiate variations, change orders and contractor claims Maintain cost reports, forecasts and cash flow projections Administer contracts or equivalent forms Support final account preparation and close-out Ensure compliance with commercial governance and audit requirements Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field from a recognized institution. Professional certification such as MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) is highly desirable. Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience & 2 years in DATA Center Experience with cost estimation software and tools, showcasing a strong technical ability in quantitative analysis.
