Quantity Surveyor Manager

Lead the cost management process across all project phases, ensuring accuracy in budgeting and forecasting to minimize financial risks. Prepare detailed and precise bills of quantities, ensuring clarity and compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Conduct value engineering assessments to optimize project costs while maintaining quality standards and client satisfaction. Oversee contract administration, including negotiation, compliance monitoring, and dispute resolution to uphold contractual obligations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred for advanced roles. Mandatory professional certification such as MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or equivalent. Minimum 10-15 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a strong background in large-scale construction projects.
