Prospecting and converting qualified leads into successful property transactions Conducting property viewings, client consultations, and site visits across Dubai’s key residential and commercial areas Advising clients on current market conditions, pricing trends, legal requirements, and investment opportunities Negotiating and closing deals while ensuring a seamless experience for both buyers and sellers Building and maintaining strong relationships with investors, buyers, and landlords for repeat and referral business Staying up to date with RERA regulations, Dubai Land Department procedures, and real estate market developments

Desired Candidate Profile
