Recruitment Coordinator (IT & AI)

Coordinate recruitment activities across IT, AI, and technology-related positions. Schedule interviews and assessments between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels. Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Prepare recruitment reports, and hiring metrics using Excel Track key recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, pipeline conversion rates, interview activity, and hiring trends. Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure timely delivery of hiring requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies, recruitment procedures, and data privacy requirements. Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of recruitment coordination or talent acquisition experience. Experience supporting recruitment for IT, Digital, AI, Data, or Technology roles. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate management best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
