Recruitment Specialist
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives. Drive high-volume recruitment across multiple functions while ensuring quality and speed of hiring. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels. Manage stakeholder expectations through regular hiring updates and recruitment planning. Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer negotiations. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain recruitment data, ATS, SAP records, and hiring reports with accuracy. Support employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and talent engagement activities. Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and UAE labor regulations Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in FMCG or Manufacturing. Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in the UAE. Proven experience managing high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions. Hands-on experience using SAP, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools. Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and recruitment best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, and consistently meet hiring deadlines. Self-driven, adaptable, proactive, and passionate about attracting top talent.
