Regional Director, Water & Environment (Middle East)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Director Water & Environment (Middle East) to provide strategic leadership, drive business growth, develop key client relationships, and oversee the successful delivery of major water, environmental, and waste projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Water & Environment business across the Middle East Develop strategic client relationships and new business opportunities Lead tenders, proposals, and commercial strategies Oversee medium to large-scale water, environmental, and waste projects Lead multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations Drive performance, innovation, and best practice

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant industry experience Minimum 5 years Middle East experience, preferably including UAE and KSA Strong expertise in Water, Environment and/or Waste Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects Strong business development, client management, and commercial experience Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards and legislation Engineering, Environmental Science, or related degree; professional qualifications preferred Why Join SJ?
