Relationship Manager

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Generate leads and acquire new customers for banking and financial products. Understand clients’ financial requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Handle products such as business loans, working capital, mortgages, and other banking facilities. Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for application processing and approvals. Collect and verify required client documents. Follow up with clients and banks until successful disbursement/closure. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular management reports. Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC, AML, and applicable banking requirements. Identify cross-selling and referral opportunities. Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve client concerns promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Marketing, or a related field. 2–5 years of UAE experience in banking, financial services, or banking consultancy preferred. Strong knowledge of SME/business loans, working capital, mortgages, or banking products. Existing network of clients, referral partners, and banking contacts is an advantage. Proven track record in sales, lead generation, and target achievement. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. Good understanding of UAE banking procedures, KYC, and AML requirements. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. Employment Type Full-time
