Robotics Engineer
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Support the design, implementation, and deployment of robotic and automation solutions for construction and operational environments. Integrate robotic systems with existing workflows, equipment, digital platforms, and operational processes. Assist in commissioning, testing, validation, and performance monitoring of robotic systems. Support AI-enabled automation initiatives, including computer vision and intelligent robotics applications. Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for reliability, efficiency, and productivity improvements. Troubleshoot hardware, software, communication, and control system issues to minimize operational downtime. Conduct preventive maintenance, calibration, and lifecycle management activities for robotics equipment. Participate in pilot projects, proof-of-concept studies, and new technology evaluations. Prepare technical documentation, operating procedures, maintenance records, and performance reports. Collaborate with project teams, technology vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and operation of robotic solutions. Ensure compliance with safety standards, risk management requirements, and company policies during system operation. Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, quality, and workplace safety through automation. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Robotics Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related discipline. 2 - 4 years of experience in robotics, automation, mechatronics, or industrial automation environments. Experience with robotic system design, integration, testing, commissioning, and maintenance. Familiarity with industrial, automotive, construction, manufacturing, or similar robotic applications. Knowledge of AI-enabled automation, computer vision, machine learning, sensors, control systems, PLCs, and IoT technologies. Exposure to robotic programming, ROS, autonomous systems, and system integration is preferred. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. Ability to work in dynamic project environments and support multiple technology initiatives.
