Certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or ISO 45001 to validate expertise in safety management systems. At least 3-5 years of experience in safety roles within the construction or manufacturing industries for practical knowledge. Preference for candidates with experience in high-risk environments to ensure a deep understanding of safety challenges.
