Safety Supervisor

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Develop and implement effective safety training programs tailored to various roles within the organization. Investigate accidents and near misses thoroughly, compiling reports that provide actionable insights and prevent future incidents. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety measures and procedures, adjusting them as necessary to enhance workplace safety. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred. At least 5 years of experience in a safety role, ideally within [specific industry such as construction, manufacturing, etc.]. Certification in safety management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is highly desirable to demonstrate expertise in safety practices. Proficient in safety management software and tools for tracking incidents and compliance.
