Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Off-Plan Real Estate Specialist Location: Dubai, UAE Position Type: Full-Time (Commission-Based with Competitive Structure) Availability: Immediate Joiners Only Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months of Dubai Real Estate Experience Job Summary We are seeking a driven, high-energy Off-Plan Real Estate Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the bridge between major master developers in Dubai (such as Emaar, DAMAC, Nakheel, and Sobha) and international/local investors. This is a fast-paced, high-reward position that heavily relies on outbound calling to generate leads and high-impact video presentation skills to showcase luxury developments to global clients. If you have at least 6 months of experience in the Dubai market, love the thrill of the chase, and can confidently command a camera, we want you on our floor immediately. Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Outbound Lead Generation & Prospecting High-Volume Calling: Conduct targeted outbound cold and warm calls daily to international and local high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). Database Management: Actively build, update, and nurture your sales pipeline using our CRM, ensuring consistent follow-ups. Qualifying Buyers: Identify client investment goals, budgets, and timelines to match them with the perfect off-plan projects. 2. Video Presentations & Digital Selling Virtual Consultations: Conduct highly professional video presentations (via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet) to walk international clients through project brochures, 3D models, floor plans, and payment plans. Content Creation: Confidently present on camera for social media walk-throughs, project teasers, and personalized video pitches to send to prospective buyers. Virtual Site Tours: Adapt to digital-first buyers by effectively presenting the "Dubai lifestyle" and master-community benefits through screen-sharing and interactive maps. 3. Sales, Advisory & Relationship Management Market Expertise: Stay ahead of the curve on Dubai’s real estate market trends, upcoming launches, ROI expectations, and master developer portfolios. Consultative Selling: Guide clients through the entire buying cycle—from initial inquiry and property selection to booking, signing the SPA (Sales and Purchase Agreement), and post-sales coordination. Developer Relations: Maintain strong working relationships with developer sales representatives to secure the best units (inventories) for your clients. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Minimum 6 months of active experience in the Dubai Real Estate market (preferably with a focus on off-plan sales). Joining Status: Immediate joiners only (already residing in the UAE with a transferable visa or cancelled visa is highly preferred). Outbound Grit: Proven track record of handling high-volume outbound calling and overcoming client objections. On-Camera Confidence: Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills, with a natural comfort level presenting on video. Language: Fluency in English is mandatory. Bilingual skills (Arabic, Russian, French, or Urdu/Hindi) are a massive advantage. Negotiation Skills: Strong closing skills with a hunger to smash monthly sales targets. Desired Candidate Profile We are looking for a high-performing, self-motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and does not wait for leads to fall into their lap. The ideal candidate blends the grit of a traditional outbound sales agent with the modern, charismatic presence of a digital-first presenter. 1. Professional Experience & Industry Knowledge The 6-Month Sweet Spot: Must have a minimum of 6 months of active, hands-on experience in the Dubai real estate market. They should already understand how the local market operates, the role of DLD (Dubai Land Department), and basic buying procedures. Developer Familiarity: A solid understanding of major Dubai master developers (e.g., Emaar, DAMAC, Nakheel, Sobha, Aldar) and their signature master communities (e.g., Dubai Marina, Downtown, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Hills Estate). Off-Plan Savvy: Basic knowledge of how payment plans, post-handover structures, and booking processes work. 2. Core Skill Set & Performance Metrics The "Cold Call" Warrior: A candidate who is comfortable making 80 to 100+ outbound calls a day without experiencing call reluctance. They must view cold/warm outreach as a primary tool for success, not an afterthought. Natural On-Camera Charisma: High level of comfort presenting on video. They should be articulate, energetic, and capable of holding an international client's attention over a 30-minute Zoom or Teams presentation. Tech-Literate: Familiarity with modern CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Property Finder/Bayut systems) and virtual meeting tools. 3. Key Behavioral & Soft Traits Exceptional Resilience: The ability to handle rejection positively and maintain a high-energy attitude throughout a demanding sales day. Self-Discipline & Hustle: Dubai real estate is highly competitive; we need someone who manages their pipeline proactively, follows up religiously, and takes ownership of their daily targets. Polished Professionalism: Exceptional grooming, speech, and email etiquette. Since they will be dealing with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), they must project trust, sophistication, and market authority. 4. Critical Logistics (Non-Negotiable) Immediate Availability: Must be ready to join immediately. Candidates with 1 to 3-month notice periods will not be considered. Current Residency: Must already be residing in the UAE (ideally on a cancelled employment visa, visit visa, or spouse/family sponsorship, ready for an immediate visa transfer). Language Proficiency: Absolute fluency in spoken and written English. Multilingual candidates (especially those fluent in Russian, Arabic, French, or Mandarin) will be fast-tracked.
