Sales & Business Development Manager – Seafood Industry

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and execute sales and business development strategies. Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Manage B2B and B2C seafood sales across the UAE. Handle seafood sourcing, procurement, supplier selection, and vendor management. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements. Build and maintain relationships with importers, exporters, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, hotels, restaurants, and food service customers. Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets. Monitor KPIs, sales performance, forecasts, and market trends. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, operations, and finance teams for smooth order execution. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 10 years of experience in the seafood trading industry. Strong UAE market exposure with an established customer network. Experience in seafood sales, procurement, sourcing, and supplier management. Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth. Experience managing key accounts and developing long-term customer relationships.
