- Generate Leads & Build Pipeline: Make outbound cold calls / visits to potential customers, introduce our products/services, and schedule meetings or visits.2. Coordinate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, warehouse, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.3. Manage Customs & Shipping: Liaise with customs brokers and clearance agents to handle documentation and ensure timely customs clearance.4. Support Customers: Visit new and existing customers to build relationships, understand needs, and provide after-sales support.
