Sales Coordinator
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, orders, and customer follow-ups. Maintain and update sales records, reports, and customer data. Communicate effectively with internal departments such as operations, dispatch, accounts, and logistics. Prepare sales-related documents and reports using Microsoft Excel. Assist in tracking sales targets and project updates. Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely responses. Support smooth execution of sales processes and daily coordination activities. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination. Previous experience in Ready Mix Concrete, construction, or related industries is preferred. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments. Well-organized and able to work under pressure.
