Sales Engineer Concrete & Construction Equipment

Regularly visit batching plants, quarries, construction sites, and customers to identify sales opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, managers, purchasing departments, and technical teams. Promote and sell concrete and construction equipment, spare parts, and related solutions. Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable technical and commercial solutions. Generate new leads and actively develop the company s customer base. Follow up on quotations, negotiations, orders, deliveries, and payments. Prepare and submit quotations and sales oAers in coordination with the internal team. Monitor market activity, competitors, pricing, and customer needs. Achieve agreed monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain regular follow-up with customers and ensure high-quality customer service. Represent the company professionally during customer visits and meetings. Prepare regular reports on customer visits, opportunities, quotations, and sales pipeline.
