Sales Executive - Interior Fitout

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, email, LinkedIn, and other business development activities. Meet consultants, contractors, facility management companies, retail businesses, corporate clients, and government organizations. Identify new project opportunities for interior fit-out, maintenance, renovation, and building improvement works. Schedule client meetings and present company services professionally. Follow up on enquiries and quotations until project award. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Update all client interactions and opportunities in the company's CRM system. Coordinate with the estimation and operations teams for quotations and technical requirements. Achieve quarterly sales targets and business development KPIs. Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects. Supplier registering with malls as listed contractors and government companies. Payment collection and supporting the cash flow with finance team. Desired Candidate Profile Requirements Minimum 2 years of UAE sales experience in Interior Fit-Out, Construction, Maintenance, MEP, Facility Management, or Building Materials. Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Good understanding of the Abu Dhabi construction market. Ability to independently generate business opportunities. Experience dealing with consultants, contractors, and corporate clients is preferred. Good command of English. Arabic is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
