Sales Executive & Account Manager
Run outbound and inbound campaigns (Calls, WhatsApp, Email) to pitch our service packages to UK business owners.Identify operational or strategic gaps in the prospect's current setup and position our solutions to close the deal.Confidently handle objections, navigate gatekeepers, and drive prospects to a signed contract.Lead the onboarding process for newly closed accounts, gathering requirements and setting clear expectations.Serve as the main point of contact for active UK clients, keeping them updated on project progress and managing monthly feedback loops.Review performance metrics regularly with clients to demonstrate value, ensure account retention, and actively upsell premium packages or upgrades.Coordinate client requests with internal teams using Trello and G-Suite to guarantee flawless delivery.
