Sales Executive

Are you passionate about building relationships and helping potential clients find the right learning journey for them?We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in Maadi.Key Responsibilities:Contact and follow up with qualified leads who have already shown interest in our programs and courses.Respond to inquiries received through different channels during working hours.Guide potential clients through the enrollment process and answer their questions.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system and related tracking sheets.Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients to maximize conversion and retention.Build strong relationships with course participants and ensure a positive customer experience.Meet and interact with attendees during courses and events, creating engagement and long-term connections.Coordinate with different departments to ensure a smooth customer journey.What We Offer:Fixed salary: EGP 5,000Performance-based KPI bonus: EGP 1,500Attractive commission on each sale, with top performers earning up to EGP 40,000+ per month based on sales results.2 Days off.Performance bonuses for achieving and exceeding targets.Continuous training and development opportunities.Ongoing support to help you grow and succeed.Opportunity to work in a dynamic learning and development environment.Location: Maadi, Cairo
