Sales Executive Construction, Interior Fitout

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Identify and generate new sales leads in the decor and fit-out market Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (B2B & B2C) Understand client requirements and propose suitable design and fit-out solutions Conduct site visits and client meetings to assess project needs Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations Negotiate contracts and close sales deals Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for execution Follow up with clients throughout the sales cycle and after-sales service Achieve monthly and annual sales targets Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and market competitors Maintain accurate records using CRM systems Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Desired Candidate Profile Proven experience in sales, preferably in decor, interior design, or fit-out industry Strong ability to generate leads and close deals Excellent communication and negotiation skills Good understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and finishing Ability to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions Presentable, confident, and customer-focused personality Experience in handling site visits and client meetings Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets Strong organizational and time management skills Team player with the ability to coordinate with multiple departments Familiarity with CRM systems and basic MS Office tools Knowledge of UAE market is a plus Valid UAE driving license is an advantage Employment Type Full Time Company Industry Real Estate Department / Functional Area SalesBusiness Development Keywords Performance MetricsAfterSales SupportTeam CollaborationSales RepresentativeField Sales ExecutiveContract NegotiationSales StrategySales Account ManagerDecor Out FitSales Targets&Closing DealsSales SpecialistConstructionInterior Fitout Get real-time job updates only on our App
