Job Title: Sales Executive – Banking (DSA / Credit Cards & Loans)

We are urgently looking for energetic, target-driven, and experienced Sales Executives to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities

• Direct Sales: Identify, approach, and pitch financial products (Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Business Loans) to potential retail and corporate customers
• Lead Generation: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, field visits, networking, and references
• Customer Advisory: Understand client financial needs and recommend the right banking products while ensuring excellent customer service
• Documentation: Collect accurate documentation from clients and ensure seamless coordination with the bank's credit team for smooth processing and approvals
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets assigned by management

Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of outdoor sales experience in the UAE financial sector (Banking, DSA, Credit Cards, or Loans).

Location

Must be currently residing in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate immediately.

Skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a strong advantage)
• Mindset: Highly motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with outdoor field sales
• Availability: Candidates who can join immediately or have a short notice period will be given preference
