Sales Executive (F&B – Catering)
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, preferably in Catering Services to join our start-up Corporate Catering team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales within the Food & Beverage industry, with proven experience in developing corporate accounts and driving business growth.Key Responsibilities:Identify and acquire new corporate clients for catering services.Develop long-term relationships with companies, factories, hospitals, schools, universities, and event organizers.Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits.Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations.Prepare proposals, quotations, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals.Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure smooth execution of catering services and maintain high customer satisfaction.Maintain and expand existing customer accounts while identifying upselling opportunities.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or any related field.1–3 years of experience in F&B sales, preferably in Corporate Catering.Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.Excellent relationship-building and account management abilities.Presentable with a professional appearance.Good command of English (spoken and written).Good computer skills (Microsoft Office).Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.Owning a car is a strong advantage.
