Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in the United Arab Emirates. The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting the company’s contracting and services offerings. Daily tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and following up to close deals. The role also involves coordinating with operations and project teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated, tracking sales activities using CRM tools, and providing regular sales reports and market feedback to management. Desired Candidate Profile Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closing. Client relationship management abilities, with experience in building trust, handling objections, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Solid communication and negotiation skills, with the capacity to deliver clear presentations and written proposals. Knowledge of contracting, construction, or related services sectors in the UAE market is highly beneficial. Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and handle multiple opportunities and client requests simultaneously. Proficiency with basic office software and CRM or sales tracking tools. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. Previous experience in a sales role, ideally within construction, facilities management, or services industries in the region.
