Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Generate leads and acquire clients for IT staffing and outsourcing services. Build relationships with HR managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers. Understand client workforce requirements and propose suitable staffing solutions. Coordinate with recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements. Negotiate commercial terms and contracts. Track market trends and hiring demands. Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Achieve revenue and placement targets. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 3 years of experience in staffing, recruitment sales, or IT outsourcing sales. Strong network within UAE corporate sector. Knowledge of IT hiring and staffing models. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proven sales performance record.
