Sales Executive / Van Sales Executive

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Drive sales growth by actively prospecting and closing deals with new and existing clients, exceeding sales targets. Manage and maintain a dedicated sales territory, ensuring consistent product visibility and stock availability. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets and increase market share. Build and nurture strong customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service. Desired Candidate Profile High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus. Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in direct sales, preferably in a van sales or field sales capacity. Experience within the FMCG, food & beverage, or consumer goods industry is highly advantageous. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to operate a commercial vehicle. Key Responsibilities Visit existing and potential customers to promote Rockvalley Stationery products. Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and corporate clients. Achieve monthly sales targets and maximise revenue. Ensure proper merchandising and product availability at customer locations. Collect orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare daily sales reports and provide market feedback. Collect payments as per company policy (where applicable).
