- Create sales plans that align with company goals.- Analyze sales data and performance to spot opportunities for further growth and employee development- Analyze customer satisfaction reports to understand customer needs and enhance sales representative performance.- Outline and adopt effective sales strategies and monitor their progress.- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, manage and expand existing accounts, and drive revenue growth within the designated region.- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues promptly.- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Comtec’s product portfolio and stay up-to-date with industry trends to offer clients the most relevant solutions.
