Sales Manager EPCM & Design Partners

Develop and execute a strategic sales approach focused on early engagement during the FEED phase of major projects Build and maintain strong relationships with leading engineering-led design and project delivery partners (EPCM, PMC, and engineering consultancies) Influence specifications and position the company s solutions early in the project lifecycle Identify upcoming projects and engage key stakeholders at the concept and design stages Collaborate closely with internal technical and commercial teams to align on project requirements and solutions Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities driven through consultant and design networks Represent the organization in client meetings, industry events, and technical discussions Qualifications and Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in a commercial or business development role within Saudi Arabia Strong network and established relationships with key EPCM, PMC, and engineering consultancy players in the region Solid understanding of the FEED phase and project lifecycle within industrial, energy, or infrastructure sectors Ability to influence technical specifications and drive early-stage project engagement Strong communication, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen
