WHAT YOU'LL DO Develop and achieve sales and margin targets. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences. Use these insights to improve market share and profitability. Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and partners. Ensure product availability in line with sales trends and business plans. Guide, motivate, and support sales teams to achieve individual and team targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE 4-5 years of experience in Sales (Appliances or Consumer Electronics). Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams. Experience in handling major appliance brands, suppliers, and commercial negotiations. Knowledge of the Kuwait market and consumer buying behavior is preferred. Employment Type Full-time
