Sales Manager

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets. Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives. Identify new business opportunities and generate B2B and B2C leads. Build relationships with real estate developers, contractors, consultants, architects, and corporate clients. Promote smart home automation, CCTV, security systems, access control, BMS, and other technical solutions. Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and close sales deals. Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and team KPIs. Prepare regular sales reports and business development plans. Identify market trends and competitor activities to support business growth.
